Why My YouTube Channel Has Been Dead for Almost a Month...

Hello everybody! EA40 here! I'm sure those of you who view my YouTube channel often (thanks!) haven't heard that in a while.  It seems weird, doesn't it?  After my epic adventure to the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix of 2015, it appeared as though I had a load of content to upload.  Then I uploaded a quick video from my phone on the MotorCity Gumball Rally when they stopped in Pittsburgh.  I promised in the video that I would have more MCGR content uploaded.  Another little bit that I haven't said in video yet: once again, I visited one of my favorite Ferrari dealerships, Wide World Ferrari-Maserati in Spring Valley, NY.  I was supposed to upload that stuff too.

So what gives?

No, it's not that I'm too busy with school at the moment.  The real problem lies with...

... my external hard drive.

One day, I was set to upload my video featuring YouTuber Carlyle of YourFastLife! - Cars.  On my laptop, Windows Explorer was not properly reading the file directory of my external hard drive.  So I started troubleshooting.  Unfortunately, the next time I plugged it in, it said that it needed to format.

Crikey.

So I unplug it and reboot the laptop, which then it wouldn't even show up.  I tried a few different computers, and all of them had too much trouble installing device drivers.

So what's next?

At this point, I'll have to take the external hard drive to a hardware repair store.  I'm pretty sure that everything will be recovered.  And I hope it does too; I have a ton of unreleased footage, plus much more content that I will not disclose here (I promise that it's all legal, and no girl would be turned off from the content).  Once I get it all fixed, I'll be definitely getting a new external hard drive.

So, well, that's what's been up with my channel.  I first made the announcement on my Instagram (@ytea40), so if you want to keep up with me, that's the place to be.
